Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Set up, and takedown is included in the rental price for all rentals.

Q.How long we get the rental?
A.Displayed Pricing = Up to 6 Hours (additional hours = 10% more per hour)
The latest pick-up time is 8 pm. Anything after that is considered a next-day pick-up.

Q.What form of payment do you accept?
A.We accept all major credit cards.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes! We require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Q.What is your refund policy?
A.Full refunds (less the deposit) will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 7 calendar days prior to the reservation date. If reservation is cancelled within less than 7 calendar days of reservation time you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given to any reservation that is cancelled for non-weather related cancellations within 24 hours reservation date. No exceptions.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete. We CANNOT and WILL NOT set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Q.Will the inflatables be clean?
A.The inflatable will be totally clean! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.
Q.Do you set up at parks?
A.We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks! It’s your job to make sure the park has a water hookup (if renting a water slide) and you will need to rent a generator for your rental as most parks do not have an electrical source. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits you will need or proof of insurance they need us to provide!
Q.What is your rain & wind policy?
A.If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the rental fee will be held and you are able to reschedule for any future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as most times it is only scattered showers. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 25 mph. Additionally we will not set up if winds are expected to be over 25mph the day of your reservation. No exceptions. If we are unable to set up the day of your reservation due to high winds, you will be able to receive a rain check to reschedule your reservations for a later date.
